A: Sole to Cart takes payment from Shopify which is secure.

Q: How does our service work?

A: You purchase our service and fill the the requested information located in your order confirmation. On release day make sure to follow our Instagram and Twitter @Soletocart to keep updated. The whole process is automated for you so just be patient and wait for a email confirmation from the website.

Q: Is a full refund given if we are unsuccessful?

A: Yes, no questions asked.

Q: Is our service guaranteed 100%?

A: No, Sole to Cart will never 100% guarantee our customers they will receive the shoes in their cart. No service out there can guarantee that, but we can guarantee your chances are a lot higher/better.

Q: Is it possible for us to checkout for you?

A: Yes any service that is labeled auto-checkout means we can checkout for you.

Q: What if I want multiple pairs?

A: If you would like to purchase multiple pairs of shoes, you must provide us with different info. This means 1. Name 2. Email 3. Address 4. CC # 5. Cell number all have to be different. Your goal is to make each order look like a different person.

Q: Are we responsible if Adidas, Supreme, Footsite & Nike bans or cancels orders?

A: No, unfortunately we will not be held responsible for any of that, but we will definitely provide a full refund with proof of course! You as the customer have to understand that orders may get cancelled..
